Areas of responsibility: • DEVELOPMENT of the chain of establishments taking into account modern trends and with a creative approach, the FULL process of managing the chain of establishments; • the effectiveness of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise, development and implementation proposals for improving the efficiency of restaurant operations (to be aware of modern trends in the restaurant business) control over the implementation of sanitary and hygienic standards; • control over the implementation of technological processes, product quality in accordance with the company's standards; • organization and planning of staff work; • staff training Candidate competencies: • Experience in the development of networks in the restaurant business in management positions in one establishment for at least 5 years is mandatory;• Higher education (preferably economics, finance, personnel management);• Confident user of PC, 1С8, Syrve;• Knowledge of the principles of food safety and the ability to organize their implementation; • Knowledge of restaurant service rules and service standards; • Negotiation, business communication and correspondence skills; • Ability to form a team and manage it; • Ability to plan and work for results, motivate your team in work.
