Operations director of the production department in BAZHANE BTQ.

??In connection with scaling, we are looking for an experienced operations director to build a system model of production management, effectively scale processes and help the brand grow.

Your main tasks:

• Strategic planning of production capacities, resources and risks within the dynamic growth of the company;
• Implementation of a large volume of orders (25+ productions) on time, quality and volume control;
• Implementation automated processes of accounting and control of orders (ERP/Excel), finance and logistics;
• Formation of a strong team: building a structure and distribution of responsibilities;
• Establishing effective interaction with production, contractors and internal departments;
• Control over the implementation of KPI: timely implementation without delays, minimal % of defects;
• Development of operational strategy, risk management systems and internal control;
• Conducting contractual work with contractors and forming long-term partnerships.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in operational management in production (from 3 years);
• Confidence proficiency in Excel, knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage;
• Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, results-oriented;
• Experience scaling business processes and teams;
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
