YOUR TASKS WILL BE: Coordinate the work of managing managers of supermarkets; Supervise the operational activities of supermarkets; Manage trade and non-trade processes in supermarkets; Implement the sales plan, take measures to increase it; Analyze the performance indicators of supermarkets; Make suggestions and implement positive innovations for the development of the network; Be responsible for the level of service to supermarket customers; Train and mentor managers of new and existing supermarkets in the network. WE MUST PAY ATTENTION TO CANDIDATES WITH: 3 years of experience as a manager of a region / group of stores in grocery retail (Would be an advantage); and peculiarities of their calculation; Knowledge of the legislative framework for retail trade. Sanitary standards, cash discipline, safety rules; Knowledge of the 1C program; Higher education (preferable); companies with European work standards; Opportunity to learn, grow professionally and build a career.
