It is necessary to have relevant work experience in the field of production and distribution of whole milk and sour milk products for at least 5 years.

Tasks:

Implementation of the company's development strategy under the leadership of the business owner:

•            Increasing business profitability.

•            Development of the raw material base for the production of whole milk and sour milk products in the volumes necessary for fulfillment of commercial tasks of the enterprise.

•            Increasing production volumes in accordance with commercial requests for distribution in Ukraine. Expansion of the assortment portfolio. Development of distribution in terms of smooth execution of the shipment plan to retail networks across Ukraine. Maintenance of product quality at the highest possible level. Formation and development of an effective management team.

Functions:

1.           General management of production and economic activity of production.

2.           To ensure the execution of production tasks by units, the rhythmic release of high-quality products, the effective use of fixed and circulating assets.

3.           To set planned tasks for production workshops and commercial divisions of the company.

4.           Ensure the implementation of purchase and sales plans, as well as agreed marketing plans of the company.

5.           Carry out work on improving production technology, mechanization and automation of production processes, improving product quality and preventing non-conforming products.

6.           Organize current production planning, accounting, compilation and timely submission of reports on the production activities of subordinate divisions.

7.           To control the organization and conduct of work in units in accordance with approved technological regulations, maps, schemes, to ensure technically correct operation of equipment and other capital means, safe and healthy working conditions.

8.           Organize technical safety assessment of used machines, mechanisms, equipment and take measures to bring them into compliance with labor safety requirements. of whole milk and sour milk products for at least 5 years

-            Experience in business management in managerial positions for at least 3 years

-            Knowledge of the dairy market will be a clear advantage of the candidate.

Direct reporting to the founders/owners of the enterprise

Payment terms: 70,000 - 90,000 UAH/month. + bonus (the rate is discussed with the candidates depending on the experience and compliance with the requirements).
