We will support management initiatives, provide training at a corporate university for the development of your competencies. The company provides housing rental compensation, a company car. Purpose: development and implementation of effective measures to increase business operational efficiency, fulfillment of P&L budget targets, cost control. Main tasks: Implementation of the set target budget indicators of PL. Cost control, monitoring and analysis of costs, development of budgets for production and management of financial resources to achieve efficiency. Planning, organization of work of Agribusiness, coordination of business processes (production, grain storage, land resources, engineering and service direction). Analysis and formation of the optimal organizational structure of agricultural production. Transformation of the operational and technological model in order to increase operational efficiency. Automation of business processes, introduction of new technological solutions in order to increase productivity and quality of manufactured products. Development and implementation of optimal technological processes (development of R&D, precision agriculture, GIS). Formation of conditions for cooperation of Agribusiness departments. Implementation of measures to improve staff productivity. Ensuring leadership and management of teams belonging to direct subordinates, forming conditions for cooperation of Agribusiness departments. Work experience/knowledge/skills: Work experience in the positions of operations director/deputy, production director, CEO of agricultural companies from 5 years, Knowledge of the specifics of production operational processes (plant breeding, livestock breeding, storage) and resource management (human, financial, technical) Experience strategic planning and financial analysis in the agricultural sector. Understanding modern technologies used in agribusiness and their impact on production processes. Knowledge of the legislative and tax base that regulates agricultural business in Ukraine. Skills to manage a team, motivate to achieve high results. The ability to effectively manage changes, develop strategies for solving problematic "bottlenecks", make informed decisions.
