Management of the Logistics Department:
- Management of procurement processes, provision of logistic support and efficient management of warehouse activities.
- Development strategies for optimizing logistics processes and improving the supply chain.
- Ensuring efficient use of the vehicle fleet, warehouses.
- Ensuring compliance of logistics processes with the requirements of legislation and organization standards.
- Coordination of the work of the Information Technology Department in order to ensure uninterrupted operation of information systems and technical support.
- Development and implementation information security and data protection strategies of the Company.
- Ensuring a high level of availability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.
Managing the Property Management Department and the administrative part:
- Organization of effective management of property and administrative resources of the organization.
- Management of administrative and economic activities, ensuring order and comfort in the working environment.
- Personnel administration, ensuring personnel record keeping and compliance with labor legislation.
- Recruitment, including search, selection and conducting interviews.
- Caring for employees, creating favorable working conditions and supporting staff motivation.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the direction of management, logistics or other relevant
- Management work experience of 5 years or more in the field of logistics, IT, personnel management, property management.
- Knowledge of legislation and standards in the field of logistics, IT, personnel management, property management
- Deep understanding of logistics procedures and procurement.
- Experience in implementing ERP systems
- Experience in managementpersonnel in the period of organization scaling
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- High responsibility and organizational skills.
- Fluent command of the English language (written and spoken ) at a level not lower than B2
Desired:
- Work experience in non-profit organizations.
- Work experience in logistics companies
- Experience in personnel and real estate management
