Your tasks:

• Conducting an audit of current business processes;
• Operational management of business processes (their description, optimization and systematization);
• Working with optimization budgeting expenses;
• Management of the accountable team (search, adaptation, motivation, evaluation and development);
• Working with the current and planned organizational structure;
• Establishing, monitoring and control of planned indicators and KPI of the department/employees;
• Decomposition of plans and goals for each department and for each employee (organization, motivation, control);
• Analysis of key indicators and metrics;< /li>
• Ensuring a smooth work process;
• Ensuring an effective regular management function;
• Submitting key reports and receiving them from accountable specialists;
• Start-up control new products.

Our ideal candidate should have:

• 2 years of experience in management positions, preferably in the position of operations director;
• Experience in service niches such as marketing, design, consulting, architecture - will be an advantage;
• Skills in setting and implementing planned indicators;
• Experience in team management;
• Experience in improving business processes in the company;
