Responsibilities:

• Operational and strategic management of hotels in Uzbekistan;
• Building business processes that lead to increased profits hotels;
• Analysis of financial and economic activity;
• Operational planning of hotel operations;
• Management of network management;
• Maintenance of impeccable service;
• Analysis of the hotel services market and competitor activities (product, prices, customers);
• Formation of management reporting;
• Development of standards and regulations;
• Ensuring hotels successfully pass inspections by state bodies;
• Planning and implementation of measures aimed at improving the quality of service and increasing profitability;
• Budgeting and control of costs/incomes of all hotel services, optimization of the cost of services;
• Formation and implementation of complex business and marketing strategies for the development of chain hotels.
