Main Responsibilities: Be the leader of the organization; Coordinate all operational processes of the organization; Develop and implement goals and strategies, as well as policies and procedures of the organization; Coordinate the implementation of the annual operating plan and budget; Monitor and evaluate the overall performance of operations by collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and indicators; Provide personnel management functions, including: leadership, training, development, compensation and benefits, performance evaluation and personnel recruitment; of capital and "coaching" in Ro3kvit; Cultivate Ro3kvit values in the organization; Manage the organization's institutional budget and financial indicators of projects, monitor and coordinate the work of the financial and legal team; Report to the executive director and the board of directors; Requirements: Proven experience in operational management positions. Experience working in public organizations will be considered an advantage. Experience with the full range of functions and systems of public organizations, including: strategic development and planning, budgeting, business analysis, finance, information systems, personnel management, knowledge of labor laws and HR accounting rules and record keeping; Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, analysis, decision-making and reporting; Ability to effectively develop organizational and staff capacity, develop team and processes that ensure the smooth running of the organization; Full university degree, MBA or equivalent degree preferred; Free use of MS Office, G Suite; Native language - Ukrainian, fluent in English; Location - Kyiv, Ukraine.
