The PR+ group team is looking for a talented and experienced Operations Director for its partner and friend - a company engaged in online and offline sales of curtains and fabrics from Italy, France and Turkey. Our candidate for the position of CSO has: Successful work experience in this position from 3- x years; Experience in trade (offline retail outlets); Experience in online sales (Instagram); in analytics, numbers, indicators; Experience of working with purchases (suppliers). Tasks that will be: Analysis of the current situation, familiarity with the company's strategy and plans, construction of business processes, their implementation; Communication and team management; Monitoring of the implementation of planned indicators and constant monitoring and analysis of the company's indicators; development and implementation of control systems, work standards and implementation of the company's business processes; participation in the launch of new projects, directions or sales points; control of purchases, goods in stock, packaging and shipping.
