Our candidate for the position of SOO has: Successful experience in this position from 3 x years; Experience in trade; Experience in online sales (Instagram); indicators; Experience working with procurement (suppliers). Tasks that will be: Analysis of the current situation, familiarization with the company's strategy and plans, construction of business processes, their implementation; Communication and team management; Control over the implementation of the company's planned indicators and figures; Constant monitoring and analytics of the company's indicators; Development and implementation of control systems, work standards and implementation of the company's business processes; Participation in the launch of new projects, referrals or sales points; Control of purchases, goods in stock, packaging and shipping.
