Back office located in the USA, the company specializes in providing services to construction companies, covering all aspects except the construction itself. The team consists of a recruiting department, several teams in the marketing department, B2C inbound sales and B2B cold calling, order fulfillment and quality control department. There are about 25 people in the core team. Duties: Management of all operational processes of the company, including marketing, sales departments, sourcing of materials, quality control, etc. Organization and management of teams of craftsmen. :Experience of increasing the company's eCom profit by more than 50 people by 2..3x per year.Experience of working in a similar position for 3 years or more.
