Operations Director (E-commerce, Amazon, Ebay, Shopify) in Mukundastore corp

We are an international E-commerce company specializing in the production and sale of goods under our own brand in the US and European markets. We work on the largest marketplaces: Amazon, Ebay, Shopify, etc. We are looking for a COO to join our team and help us take our business to the next level. The COO will work closely with all department heads to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations , while implementing strategic initiatives that accelerate growth and maximize profitability.Our company is committed to delivering high-quality, premium products to our customers while providing exceptional customer service that has earned us a loyal customer base.Requirements:Proven experience managing and leading high-performing teams with an emphasis for effective collaboration and teamwork.Successful brand management experience on Amazon, Ebay, Shopify.Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency and successfully implement them.Exceptional analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to analyze sales and marketing data and develop creative market strategies , that deliver resultsWork closely with department heads to ensure they have all the resources and support they need to effectively carry out their responsibilities.Report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates on day-to-day operations and business performance.Identify and resolve any what operational problems may arise and take the necessary measures to solve them. Successful experience in business management in the field of E commerceExperience in a similar position for at least 3 yearsEnglish intermediateDeep knowledge of the American marketConditions: Full-time employment, remote work.
