Despite the fact that we employ more than 100 people, I am closing this vacancy on my own, because bodo does not have and will not have an HR department , and we, the managers, form our teams ourselves and cultivate the corporate culture. We have many, many different "formalizations" and "tools" that help managers to focus on development, and not "remind" employees how to do their work or "motivate" them to work. These "formalizations" and "tools" include KPIs, master plans, weekly plans with time estimates, checklists, knowledge bases, induction plans, position profiles, probation criteria, canned goods, etc. All these "formalizations" and "tools" must not only be understood and known, but also implemented by yourself.
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Worked in a medium-sized business reporting directly to the owner.
- Ready to undergo training and practical work in all positions in the area of responsibility to really understand how the system works (from a call center operator and sales consultant,it will take more than 6 months, ?financial conditions for education are as follows themselves as well as after).
- Demanding to himself and others.
- Maximum attention to details.
- Independently hired subordinates (searched for candidates, conducted telephone and personal interviews).
- Created and ensured the use of super-detailed and clear work tools (50+ item checklists, detailed andof knowledge about processes, etc.).
- Developed and implemented KPIs.
- Change maker: permanently initiates changes and seeks their implementation in reality.
- Works in Google Sheets with formulas (VLOOKUP, IMPORTRANGE) and pivot tables.
- Plans his work with a time estimate and requires it from other colleagues.
