As we continue to grow, we are looking for Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team and help us take our business to the next level. Successful experience in managing E-commerce brands. Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency, and successfully implement them.Exceptional analytical and creative thinking skills, with the ability to analyze sales and marketing data and develop creative market strategies that drive results.A strong sense of accountability and responsibility, with the ability to make decisions confidently and take ownership of outcomes.A proactive and results-driven approach, with a willingness to take the initiative and contribute your own ideas to drive the business forward.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with department heads to ensure that they have all the resources and support they need to complete their responsibilities effectively.Manage cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments.Report directly to the CEO and provide regular updates on day-to-day operations and business performance.Identify and address any operational issues that may arise, and take necessary actions to resolve them.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and continuously seek to improve the organization’s operations.Would be a plusSuccessful experience in managing Amazon business BenefitsWork in an international company;Flexible scheduleFully remoteAdvanced training and developmentPayments twice a month in USDBonuses
