Responsibilities
- Building and controlling processes, regulations and procedures
- Coordinating the implementation of management decisions, deadlines and operational tasks
- Managing risks, coordinating priorities and resources
- Ensuring quality communication between teams and management
- Participation in operational policy formation and support for strategy implementation
- Organization of planning, management accounting and performance control
We are waiting for you
- Higher education (management, economics, business administration, etc.)
- Experience in managing teams and processes from 2 years
- Working experience in public organizations
- Experience in optimizing operations or building operational models
- Understanding budgeting, management accounting, plan-fact, procurement
- Skills in working with analytics and decision-making based on data
- Knowledge of modern approaches to automation and process management
- Willingness to work in rapid changes, with great responsibility and autonomy
Work format
Working day 09:00-18:00 (with a lunch break).
