Operations Director (CEO) in Odd Systems

Odd Systems is a team of engineers and entrepreneurs who create modern technological solutions for the Ukrainian army. We make FPV drones, thermal imaging cameras, communication stations, and other components and electronics that are massively in demand by the defense forces.
We are looking for an experienced, proactive, energetic person to join our team for the role of Operations Director b>!

Main areas of work:

• Daily management of the company, construction and optimization of business processes;
• Hiring team and its management;
• Financial planning;
• Working with analytics to make management decisions;
• Communication and effective cooperation with partners.

Required skills and experience:

• 3+ years of experience in the position of Operations Director/ General Manager/ CEO;
• Deep understanding operational cycle, experience working in a startup;
• Experience in successfully building processes from scratch;
• Structural approach to processes and high organization;
• Experience in financial planning and production planning activities;
• General understanding of miltech, interest in this field;
• Fluent English.
