We cooperate with the following brands: Podorozhnyk, UAnimals, Optimeal, Fishka, Solmar, Meest Shopping, Fine Ice Cream and others.

What skills will be required for this position?

1. Experience in a similar position in the service business (B2B) from 2 years
3. Experience managing a team of 10 people
4. Soft skills: empathy, negotiation, responsibility, ability to solve bugstasks at the same time and setting priorities, leadership, the ability to rally a team and lead. 

Experience in marketing will be a plus:)

What will you do:

1. Adjust operational activities of the agency
2. Build business processes
3. Monitor, analyze and improve the team's task performance process
4. Control the quality of the provided services
5. Hire employees and complete the team
