Professional duties: Organization of the work of all company departments, their correct interaction, which will provide a smooth work process; Achievement of the company's strategic goals, development, monitoring and improvement of results, etc. .Development and implementation of optimization and automation of operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs; Formation of a strong, independent team; Generate and provide proposals regarding the general concept of the company's development policy and tactical development of individual areas; Justifies development goals in financial terms and analyzes the competitive environment; Initiation of changes that will lead to improvement of existing indicators; Preparation of reports on the work performed.
