Operations Director in Tactical Group

We sell products of leading brands in the USA, Europe, China, and Ukraine. Now we are rapidly growing and scaling, in connection with which we are looking for an Operations Director (position from "scratch"). Our candidate has: Successful experience of working as an operations manager for 2 years or more; Experience in building processes from scratch, implementing and managing them; Expertise analytics, numbers, indicators; Management skills: holding meetings, meetings, consolidation of information, the ability to set tasks and monitor their execution; Experience in managing teams of 40-70 people Tasks that will stand: Audit of the current situation in the Company: communication with team management, HR, department heads; Assistance hr — manager — description and standardization of business processes with the aim of achieving synergy in operational processes; Implementation of work standards, control systems of all departments of the company; Monitoring and management of potential risks with the aim of minimizing any negative impact they may have on the business.
