Wingo is a successful company that has been operating since 2009 and provides a full range of services for supporting import deliveries "turnkey" from door to door. We deliver commercial cargo from more than 100 countries (China, Korea, Vietnam, etc.) Our clients are small and medium-sized businesses, companies from Ukraine engaged in wholesale, retail trade, production, etc. In connection with the active development of the company and ambitious plans, we are looking for an OPERATIONS DIRECTOR with an understanding of the market of international delivery, logistics, freight transportation. Main tasks :Development, organization, management of operational processes and projects in the company; Strategic and operational planning, system control for the achievement of agreed goals; Development and implementation of optimization and automation of operational processes to increase productivity and reduce costs; System analysis of operational efficiency indicators; Initiation of changes that will lead to improve existing indicators; Control and coordination of the operational department, development of personal control points, timely connection and resolution of issues that affect performance; Effective interaction with all departments of the Company to ensure the achievement of agreed goals; Management of budgets; Key skills we are looking for: Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years with proven results, on which there was a personal impact; Systematic, analytical composition; Leadership, effective communication and management of a team/teams; Proactivity and necessarily a team player, the ability not only to initiate changes but also to integrate these changes in the work of the team, forming a culture of continuous improvement in the conditions of today's turbulent times; We offer: The opportunity to develop and implement interesting and ambitious projects, regardless of the circumstances; High level of income (fixed and motivation system); Comfortable working conditions (office, workplace, flexible work schedule); Paid vacation; Medical insurance; Work with a real team of professionals, with a high level of involvement and orientation to results.
