Our Partner is a leading national express delivery operator on the territory of Ukraine with more than 25 years of experience in providing services in the field of logistics, which offers a full range of services for the delivery of postal and cargo shipments on the principle of "door to door" across the territory of Ukraine (more than 1100 settlements) and abroad (218 countries of the world), announces a competition for a new vacancy - Operations Director / Manager of logistics projects. Functional duties: - Organization and daily control of operational processes; - Planning and implementation of projects in the field of intra-Ukrainian and international e-commerce and express deliveries (B2C, B2B, etc.); - Optimization of company processes; - Participation in tenders/negotiations with potential customers; in one or more directions: e-commerce / solutions for online stores, delivery from international online stores, import-export operations, fulfillment / warehouses of responsible storage, automated PVZ / post machines; - Knowledge of legislation and participants of the Ukrainian and international market of e-commerce and express delivery ;- Experience in leading teams;- Possession of relevant logistics IT solutions;- Customer orientation, ability to build long-term relationships with clients and colleagues;- Will be an additional advantage: experience in leading 3PL or e-commerce companies; Working conditions:- Decent salary level: discussed with the successful candidate separately;- Work schedule Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Sat., Sun. - weekends, days off on holidays; - Official registration in the company staff with a trial period of 3 months or on a project basis (discussed separately); - Introduction to the position; - Continuous training and exchange of experience with colleagues from different countries; - Office in the center of Podolia in 5 minutes. from the metro.
