We are opening a network in the city of Poltava, so we invite an experienced and systematic branch manager to join our team. Requirements: Experience in retail and corporate sales for at least 5 years (sales director, commercial director, director of distribution); experience of creating a branch from "0"; experience of managing staff of 30 or more people; knowledge of MS Office at the level of an advanced user (Excel, Word, Power Point, 1C); focus on results and obtaining profit; analytical thinking , the ability to systematize information. Responsibilities: Create and implement a development strategy, build branch business processes; create a branch budget, monitor implementation by articles; monitor compliance with corporate standards and company business processes within the branch; ensure the achievement of sales and margin goals income; searching for promising locations, formulating a plan for opening new outlets of the network; communication with lessors, state services and administrations for the most effective development of the network; conclusion of contracts; monitoring of competitors and market analysis; control over the implementation of planned indicators in the entrusted territory; analysis of assortment, stock, analysis of commercial indicators of stores; support staff training and control of compliance with customer service standards; reporting on work results.
