The company deals with the full cycle of product development, from idea to implementation. Due to expansion, the company is looking for an experienced: Operations Director! We offer: Class A office work with all the necessary equipment. Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch break). Meals at the expense of the company (lunch), coffee/tea, convenient kitchen. ZP: rate with possibility of increase. Possibility of booking for men. Official registration from the first working day. Vacation, sick leave, public holidays according to the Labor Code of Ukraine. Expectations from the candidate: Availability of experience in the production field. Experience in creating a partnership with the operations department team. Experience in the implementation of automation systems and optimization of operational processes. The ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on them. A high level of communication skills and the ability to establish effective relationships with different levels of staff and stakeholders. Ability to identify business value, prioritize the most effective initiatives and delegate them appropriately. The ability to react quickly and make decisions in conditions of multitasking. Systematic flexibility of thinking. What needs to be done: Optimizing business processes. Development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at achieving the company's goals and its development. Ensuring effective operational management (analysis, goal setting, planning, delegation, coordination, control). Organization and coordination of work of all divisions of the company. Conducting a risk-oriented audit, developing a plan of measures within the framework of risk management.
