For the sake of ambitious development and quality renewal of certain processes, the Company is looking for an energetic and purposeful Operations Director. The company emphasizes the construction of system work, the development of a sales sales team and the quality control of important processes. Requirements: Experience in a similar position of 3 years or more. Knowledge of operational processes in a similar niche: Understanding of all aspects of the company's operational activities, including production, supply, logistics processes and customer service. Ability to develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's strategic goals. Possession of tools to effectively allocate resources, including human, material, and financial resources, to achieve operational goals. Ability to identify and implement improvements in operational processes to reduce costs and increase productivity .Knowledge of budgeting, financial performance analysis and the ability to make decisions based on financial information.Understanding of modern technologies and their application in operational activities, such as automation and data analytics.High level of analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions.Ability to work in a team and build partnerships relations.
