Requirements: Experience in a managerial position from 2 years in a company from 20+ employees. Excellent leadership and communication skills, high level of emotional intelligence, responsibility and focus on results. Knowledge of sales, purchasing and organization of production processes. General understanding of marketing, sales and brand promotion (understanding of the fashion market of Ukraine is welcome) Analytical thinking, ability to systematize information Confident PC user with excellent knowledge of Excel.
