Our team of professionals is currently looking for a Director of Operations (First Deputy Medical Director for Operations). Position Objective: Assists the Medical Director in the management of Edem Clinic by directing staff work to ensure guest satisfaction, productivity of team members and profitability of the medical center. First of all, he pays attention to the quality of service, efficiency, brand standards and guest satisfaction. Areas of responsibility and main tasks: 1. Operating P&L, budget, financial discipline: Participation in the preparation of the profit budget. Compliance with the operating budget. Organization of compliance with cash discipline. Procurement to support operational activities. Monthly reconciliations with suppliers. Control of the wage fund. Pricing. Development of ways to optimize financial indicators. SOPs: creation, training and control of compliance.2. Equipment: Purchase (search, holding a tender, procurement). Control of service and operation, organization of renewal. Plan of training and certification of employees. 3. Product of medical services Edem Clinic: Participation in the development of new products. Launching for sale. Launching a service for guests. Learning new and old. Launch of Edem Health Club.4. Medical service: Work with claims. 5. Sales: Organization of sales of medical services. of the center. Organization of sales of spa services. Organization of sales of nutritional supplements and meds. 6. Marketing: Participation in the development of marketing strategy. Control of site content and SMM. Control of POS materials. 7. Software: Project management in improving the software. Project management in the app. Participation in the working group. 8. SPA: Product development and implementation. Service protocols. Execution of P&L. Control of equipment operation. 9. Service: Development and implementation of standards, training and control. 10. Work with the team: Selection, adaptation, evaluation and motivation. Formation and control of team work schedules. Team training. Organization of uniform tailoring.
