YOUR FUNCTIONALITY: Perform operational management of the company, work on improving operational efficiency; Control, optimize and improve all company processes; Build a business strategy to scale the business; Be responsible for the implementation of commercial initiatives aimed at increasing profits; Manage various functions and teams (marketing, finance, sales); Effectively manage the team (recruitment, adaptation, training, development and motivation); Organize all processes within the team that are necessary for the implementation of ideas; Plan the budget and control its implementation; Control income, expenses and financial results of the company; Keep reports for our work. IT IS IMPORTANT FOR US: Successful experience of managing companies in the field of digital, e-commerce from 2 years; Experience in the B2C segment; Effective online team management (recruitment, adaptation, training, development, motivation); Experience in setting up company processes with zero, availability of effective cases, readiness to provide them. Mathematical, systemic thinking, ability to conduct analytics and forecast the situation according to indicators. Good knowledge of Internet marketing and e-commerce in general; Skill in clearly setting up technical specifications, ability to find necessary contractors and competently organize their work Entrepreneurial thinking. Your actions must directly bring profit, your income level depends on it. The greater the company's profit, the greater your personal income; Ability to quickly join the project, grasp the essence; CONDITIONS: Salary: UAH 40,000 — UAH 60,000 (fixed + interest).
