Due to staff expansion, we are looking for an experienced Operations Director who will be responsible for the effective organization and management of the company's operational activities, ensuring a high level of product quality, process optimization and productivity improvement. Your future duties: team management, operational efficiency improvement; control, optimization and improving all company processes; building a business strategy to scale the business; implementing commercial initiatives aimed at increasing profits; organizing the processes within the team that are necessary to implement ideas; controlling the company's income, expenses and financial result (P&L); controlling CashFlow; leading reporting on your work. We expect from you: at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position as a CSO; knowledge and understanding of the principles of effective operational management, including process optimization and implementation of improvements; experience in the development and implementation of business scaling strategies; high competence in financial management; excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate with various stakeholders in the company; a high level of organizational and leadership skills, the ability to motivate and lead a team to achieve common goals; you have English at the B1 level (and above).
