The PR+ group team is looking for a talented and experienced Operations Director for its partner and friend - a company engaged in online and offline sales of curtains and fabrics from Italy, France and Turkey. Our candidate for the position of CSO has: Successful work experience in this position from 3- x years; Experience in online sales (Instagram); Management skills - holding meetings, meetings, consolidation of information, ability to set tasks and monitor their implementation; Experience in building processes, launching new sites from scratch; Expertise in analytics, numbers, indicators; Work experience with purchases (suppliers). Tasks that will be: Analysis of the current situation, familiarization with the strategy and plans of the company, construction of business processes, their implementation; Communication and management of the team; Control over the implementation of the company's planned indicators and figures; Constant monitoring and analysis of the company's indicators ;Development and implementation of control systems, work standards and implementation of the company's business processes;Participation in the launch of new projects, directions or sales points;Control of purchases, goods in stock, packaging and shipping.
