REQUIREMENTS: Higher education; Work experience of 2 years or more; Skills in reading project/construction documentation (optional); Ability to negotiate at various levels , negotiate, monitor agreements. Personnel management experience. Responsibility, organization, punctuality, attention to details, ability to work in a team. DUTIES: development and implementation of production development strategy; control over the execution of all orders and orders within the company; organization and control of execution operational plan of departments; organization and control of team work; organization and holding of meetings; evaluation of work and efficiency of personnel; management of operational processes — from the entry of the order to the company until its execution.
