The company has a smooth operation of all processes and in connection with the expansion is looking for an Operations Director: Responsibilities: ensuring the company's activity process, solving current issues; control over the implementation of the company's goals: financial, marketing and others; control and delivery of tasks through Bitrix; formation teams and creation of processes; control over the implementation of the sales plan, improvement of processes; evaluation of the performance of divisions and managers; organization of the reporting system to the founders; holding meetings with managers and departments, direct management of 5 departments.
