Operations Director in PR +, digital agency

The PR+ group team is looking for a talented and experienced Operations Director for their partner and friend. The company is engaged in online and offline sales of fabrics, curtains and decor. Fabrics from Italy, France, Turkey. Our candidate for the position of SOO has: Successful experience of working in this position for at least 3 years; Experience in online sales; Management skills - holding meetings, gatherings, consolidation of information, ability to set tasks and monitor their implementation ; Experience in building processes from scratch; Expertise in analytics, numbers, indicators; Experience in working with procurement (suppliers). Tasks that will be: Analysis of the current situation, familiarity with the company's strategy and plans, building business processes, their implementation; Communication with managers divisions, team management; Control over the implementation of planned indicators and figures for each department of the company; Constant monitoring and analysis of company indicators, chains and specific departments; Development and implementation of control systems, work standards and implementation of business processes in all departments of the company; Participation in the launch new projects and referrals; Control of purchases, goods in stock, packaging and shipping.
