Our company is at the stage of active development, and we are looking for an experienced director to build and adjust business processes Candidate requirements: We are looking for a young person with great ambitions and management experience, who is ready to take on a leadership role and strategist in our company. Analytical mindset and focus on results, aiming to increase the net profit of the company is important. We are looking for an A-player, a strong leader who can create and develop departments from scratch and work effectively in conditions of high uncertainty and fast pace. 3 years of experience in management. Experience in business scaling and restructuring of business processes is mandatory. Responsibilities: Description and optimization of business processes, packaging them into regulations, checklists and standards to improve the efficiency and quality of our work. Search and connecting new partners and factories to expand our activities. Curation and coordination of the work process, creation and development of a team in different departments of the company. Control and analysis of financial indicators, development of commercial initiatives to increase the company's profit. Implementation of regular management and formation of effective team work, creation of KPI for each type of employee. Working conditions: Location: remote. Schedule: from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. We offer exciting projects with great challenges at the international level.
