The job of an executive director is suitable for you if: 📌You have 5 years of experience as an executive director in companies in the field of services, consulting; 📌You were involved in the optimization and automation of business processes in the company ;📌Able to operationally manage processes and a team of 10+ people;📌You have strong management skills;📌You have a high level of spoken English;📌You are responsible, systematic and can effectively manage a team;📌You are always result-oriented.Tasks that will be faced by the executive as a director: 🔖Participation in the development and implementation of strategies of the direction 🔖Participation in the adoption of strategic and operational decisions with key partners and clients 🔖 Ensuring the fulfillment of legal and quality requirements for partners and clients. 🔖 Development and support of a positive corporate climate and culture. 🔖 Ensuring the effective functioning of business and increasing its profitability.
