Operations Director in PR +, digital agency

The PR+ group team is looking for a talented and experienced Operations Director for their partner and friend — an online store of yarn and creative goods. The store has the largest catalog of high-quality yarn from Turkey and Italy in Ukraine. Our candidate for the position of SOO has: Successful work experience in this position for at least 2 years; Management skills - holding meetings, gatherings, consolidating information, the ability to set tasks and monitor their implementation ; Experience in building processes from scratch; Expertise in analytics, numbers, indicators; Experience in working with purchases (suppliers); implementation; Communication with heads of divisions, team management; Control over the implementation of planned indicators and figures for each department of the company; Constant monitoring and analysis of company indicators, chains and specific departments; Development and implementation of control systems, work standards and implementation of business processes in all departments company; Participation in the launch of new projects and referrals; Control of purchases, goods in stock, packaging and shipping.
