Functional duties: Responsible for the formation of the company's annual budget, planning of target indicators of financial performance of the business (turnover, cost structure); Management of financial flows of the enterprise; Control of costs and ensuring the effective use of resources; Control of income and providing the company with finances; goals; Manages the administrative and economic activities of the company; Coordinates the strategic and operational management of the company's activities; Forms and manages KPIs taking into account all the necessary indicators to identify and eliminate business weaknesses, control the achievement of KPI's at all levels; Optimizes chains of process organization, improves the organization of company processes ;Quality control of work at all levels;Team management: motivation and control, building a strong team of professionals;Responsible for the company's fulfillment of sales and development goals; Conditions: work in a modern medical center; a decent level of income; work schedule 5/2 40-hour work week; official employment and social guarantees; discounted medical care for employees and their close relatives.
