We have created our own brand and cooperate with manufacturers all over the world. We invite an operations director to join our team. Duties: operational management of all departments of the Company (sales, personnel, marketing, purchasing, finance, etc.); control of the Company's operational processes and ensuring its efficient work ;Working on the quality of work processes, eliminating errors;Building a system of proper interaction of departments;Building communication and command lines in the Company;Automating business processes;Controlling the fulfillment of strategic tasks and innovations in the Company;Setting tasks for the team;Analyzing results and developing plans for their improvement. Skills: Experience in management for at least 2 years; High level of written and spoken Ukrainian language; Experience in development and implementation of business processes; Ability to work with office programs and CRM system; Work in 1C; Higher education; High responsibility and organization; Multitasking; Analytical mindset.
