Right now we are looking for an Operations Director who is ready to share our love for high quality and excellent service! Duties and responsibilities: Management of operational activities: Ensuring the efficiency, organization and optimization of the work of each institution, (control, optimization and implementation of business processes in order to fulfill and improve the planned financial and economic indicators of the network) Development of the network: Development and implementation of strategies to increase profitability, network expansion and increased competitiveness. Quality standards: Ensuring compliance with established product and service quality standards. Financial analysis: Monitoring and analysis of financial indicators, developing budgets and implementing measures to achieve the company's financial goals. Team: Ability to effectively communicate, coordinate and interact with subordinates. Requirements: Experience in a similar position in the restaurant business for at least 4 years. High leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of 1C, PC Microsoft Office. Strategic thinking and the ability to make informed management decisions. Network management experience.
