Duties: management of the Ukrainian office in Lviv; participation in the planning, development and implementation of the company's strategic plans, as well as in determining the priority directions of future development; joint work with the top managers of the company in order to develop and control the implementation of strategic goals, operational plans, key indicators and development directions; organization and control operational activities of the enterprise; management of business development projects: operational audit, optimization of business processes, implementation of innovations, automation, etc.; formation of effective team work; personnel management; ensuring the execution of orders, compliance with work standards, internal regulations, regulatory acts, etc.; organization of processes and ensuring proper qualification of personnel; obtaining high standards of management and efficiency of office work; cooperation with foreign offices of the company. Professional skills: high management competencies, leadership qualities and the ability to quickly make decisions; strategic thinking, high analytical abilities and a systematic approach in planning; knowledge and skills of managing business units: economy and finance, sales and marketing, personnel, logistics and IT; communicative competence, conducting business negotiations at the highest level; knowledge of English/Polish is welcome ; having an MBA will be an advantage.
