In connection with the development, invites candidates to take part in the competition for the position of Operations Director Requirements for candidates: Experience of working as an operational / regional director in a large company with a branch regional structure; Experience in personnel management of manufacturing or retail enterprises, or enterprises in the service sector with more than 100 employees; Experience in building and implementing a business -processes, systematization of operational activities; Business orientation, diplomacy, self-organization, leadership; Ability to work in multitasking conditions; Mandatory availability of a personal car, confident driving experience; Readiness for business trips around Ukraine. High level of organizational and communication skills. Main responsibilities: Operational management of business processes related to the provision of Cleaning services in the Company; Prescribing and implementation of business processes related to operational activities; Communication with VIP-Customers, maintenance of partnership relations ;Organization and control of the execution of works at the serviced objects; Budgeting of the unit, control of the execution of budgets according to Estimates; Quality control of the execution of works according to service contracts; Team formation, etc. Conditions: Stable and timely payment of salary.
