• Implementation of the operational strategy in accordance with the overall business goals within the assigned region
• Optimization of logistics chains, modernization of sorting processes and improvement of quality delivery
• Responsible for achieving key operational and financial indicators
• Implementation of modern technologies and automation to increase productivity
• Ensuring a high level of customer service and quality standards across the Central region
• Managing the operating budget and reducing costs

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Higher education
• Experience in a similar management position in large system companies
• Proven experience in managing large-scale operational transformations or business process optimization projects
• Strong leadership qualities, ability to effectively manage large teams and changes
• Strategic thinking, ability to work with large volumes of data and make informed decisions
• High level of stress resistance and result orientation
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with top management, employees and external partners
• Readiness for business trips
