What you will do:

• Formation and implementation of the company's operational strategy.
• Optimization of business processes and construction effective operating model.
• Management of the company's daily activities: analysis, planning, delegation, coordination and control.
• Organization and coordination of the work of all key departments.
• Development and implementation of a risk management system and response plans.
• Ensuring compliance of the company's activities with quality standards and legal requirements.
• Monitoring of key operational KPIs and performance management.
• Participation in strategic decisions together with the CEO.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience in management positions in production or technology companies.
• Successful experience in building and leading an operational team.
• Understanding the principles of automation and process optimization.
• High analytical competence and strategic thinking.
• Ability to make quick decisions and act effectively in multitasking conditions.
• Ability to build systematic communication with different levels of staff and stakeholders. Orientation on results, responsibility and leadership qualities.
