About the company: We are a fast-growing e-commerce company from Tbilisi, operating in the CIS markets. In connection with the expansion, we are looking for an operations director who will be responsible for managing the company's processes, coordinating the team and ensuring the efficiency of operational activities.

Main responsibilities

Management of processes and operational activities • Control of the implementation of key projects and tasks of the company. • Optimization of internal processes, implementation of effective work algorithms. • Analyzing operational performance, identifying problem areas and suggesting improvements.
Team management and coordination • Staff supervision, task allocation and performance monitoring. • Conducting meetings, preparing reports for management and informing the founder about key events. • Ensuring the coordinated work of all departments and increasing team productivity.

Strategic work • Participation in decision-making affecting the company's development. • Suggesting improvements to the organizational structure and processes. • Cooperation with the founder in matters of operational and strategic management.
