Operations Director in Posad

The trading company "POSAD" invites to work the Operations Manager of the retail network.

Responsibilities:

• management of all internal processes of the stores of the subordinate region: personnel selection, team management, monitoring the efficiency of the units, setting KPIs and controlling them implementation.
• optimization of business processes, introduction of new technologies and tools.
• development of new directions of company development.

Requirements:

• experience of working as a manager of a region / group of stores from 3 years, food retail (preferred);
• knowledge of the operating model of a retail network;
• knowledge of operational management processes store;
• knowledge of the criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the retail network;
• having a car.
