Operations Director in JobHunt

We are looking for a strategically thinking and proactive Director of Operations, who will be responsible for managing and optimizing processes and achieving strategic goals company.

Main tasks:

• Development and implementation of operational strategy for accelerating the company's development and strengthening its competitive advantages.

• Building and optimizing business processes: implementation of an effective operating model, process automation, performance control.

• Implementation of business process efficiency.> text-decoration: none">Ensuring the compliance of the company's activities with the applicable legislation.

• The implementation of key operational KPIs.
• Participation in strategic decisions in the field of MilTech.

  Requirements for the candidate:

  • Experience in the position of COO, operations director or head of production/operational processes (preferably in the technological or engineering field).

  • Innate ability to find bottlenecks in processes and effectively eliminate them text-decoration: none">Experience in building and optimizing business processes, implementing KPI and performance monitoring systems.

  • Leadership qualities and management skills: the ability to coordinate the work of several departments and managers.

  • High level of command of the Ukrainian language (oral and written), preferably English for working with technical documentation.

  • Ability to work in in a rapidly changing environment, make quick decisions and overcome complex challenges.
