You are our ideal candidate ifare:
- 3 years of experience in a similar position;
- experience in implementing and optimizing business processes;
- knowledge of description and optimization methods business processes, business policies, instructions, procedures, working with key performance indicators;
- understanding of financial reporting (income, expenses, profitability, efficiency);
- orientation on results, strong organizational and analytical skills, systems thinking.
Main responsibilities:
- organization and control of the company's daily operational activities (sales, logistics, purchases, service);
- planning and ensuring the fulfillment of business goals and key performance indicators;
- optimization and standardization of business processes to increase productivity and reduce costs;
- control of financial flows, analytics of profitability, costs, logistics, sales;
- setup and control of effective interaction between departments on the basis of developed and implemented documents: business processes, business policies, instructions, procedures.
- monitoring of the activities of department heads, development of the KPI system and regular reporting;
- study of the market, competitive environment and new trends in the field of HoReCa and foodservice;
- implementation of innovative solutions and modern tools to increase efficiency companies.
