We are looking for a systematic and experienced ooperations director to join our team.

Requirements to the candidate:

• experience of working in the position of executive director/operations director;
• experience of working with a staff of 200 or more employees in indirect reporting; network,
• high level of leadership qualities, the ability to control the work of a team;
• purposefulness, initiative, result-oriented, high level of responsibility;
• active life position, ambition.
• knowledge of 1C 8.2., Exel
• availability of a personal car, readiness for monthly business trips.

Responsibilities:

• development and control of financial and production plans for the year, ensuring the targeted implementation of material and financial resources, reducing their costs, accelerating the turnover of working capital;
• analysis of current processes, evaluating their effectiveness. Identify problem areas, deviations, identify opportunities for system optimization and improvement;
• management of the company’s branches;
• development and implementation of direction development strategies and turnover increase •negotiations and interaction with partners
• interaction with supervisory and state bodies
