Requirements:

Duties:

• creating working time schedules, replacing salespeople and performing daily monitoring of employees' compliance with established requirements;
• conducting interviews with candidates and induction of new salespeople;
• drafting, approval and implementation: plan content, promotion in social networks; marketing activity programs; programs loyalty; participation programs in festivals, fairs and other open events;
• analysis of stock of raw materials, consumables, and household goods in coffee shops and commercial centers; /li>
• analysis of indicators of turnover of products, finding out the reasons and making quick decisions regarding critical indicators;
• establishing the most favorable conditions cooperation with suppliers;
• conducting regular independent audits to check compliance with service standards and product quality;
• installation control over the quality of products entering the network;
• regular inspections and tastings of products to ensure their quality and safety.
