Main Responsibilities:

• Management of existing processes to ensure smooth functioning of the company;
• Analysis and assessment of the company's business processes, development and implementation of proposals for improving the level of efficiency; li>
• Automation of internal processes, construction of optimal work algorithms in the company and identification of opportunities for operational improvements;
• Building and control of communication between departments: planning, initiation, allocation of tasks with clear deadlines (together with the CEO of the company );
• Team management and motivating employees to achieve high results (together with the HR team).

What we want to see in the future SHOco.:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 2 years (experience in HoReCa will be an advantage);
• Availability of successful experience in organizing business processes at the request of the company;

• Strategic and systemic thinking, project management skills;
• Ability to conduct analytics and forecast the situation according to indicators;
• Excellent organizational, communication and leadership skills;
• li>Ability to work effectively in a team and ensure harmonious cooperation between departments.
